Eco-Sistems Watermakers will accompany D\u00eddac Costa<\/strong> aboard the IMOCA Open 60 \u201cOne Planet One Ocean\u201d for Vend\u00e9e Globe 2016<\/strong>, the exhilarating solo round-the-world regatta<\/strong> that will begin on 6 November.<\/p>\n

As official suppliers for D\u00eddac\u2019s adventure, we\u2019ll equip his sailboat with a Splash-25<\/a><\/strong>, the lightest, most durable watermaker on the market<\/strong>. These are both crucial qualities when facing a challenge like the Vend\u00e9e Globe, in which a mishap can set off a chain of unforeseeable consequences, and are of vital importance to the competition.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

D\u00eddac Costa<\/strong> is the fourth Spaniard ever to participate in this regatta, which was first held 27 years ago. The sailor\u2019s top sports milestones include taking fourth place in the Barcelona World Race 2014-2015, a regatta he completed with his co-skipper Aleix Gelabert<\/strong> aboard the Pharmaton, after 98 days at sea.<\/p>\n
